The following are the guides published by the How-To-Select Guides from 2005 to 2006. While they are unfortunately out of date regarding the product versions covered, they still provide great guidance on the overall topics.

Here at How-To-Select Guides we have moved away from researching topics in advance in order to publish specific guides and instead are casting our net wider and encouraging organize growth. We are encouraging user contributions until the point we have the content required to do justice to each specific category after which will do the work to collect all the information into an organized and coherent guide.
